AIDS - A Politically Protected Disease & the World Government Plot, 1988.

With millions now dying from this disease, public awareness of human ability to create such diseases is essential! 

That the AIDS threat has not yet (in advanced countries) become nearly so dangerous as feared in 1988, seems due to good fortune, awareness and hygiene.  Stay alert; it may be just that those promoting this disease fear to weaken (too soon) their own power base. 

Progress of AIDS in areas less developed is a revealing contrast; 2005 report 20,000,000 (twenty million) deaths and another forty million infected; later reports offer no relief.

In the main this story demonstrates:
A/ What can be done by genetic engineering;
B/ how easy the truth is hidden or confused;
We need be aware: as reported in earlier articles, such dangers multiply when combined with dumbing down to indifference and primate fixations, all should be considered in relation to increasing public misinformation about nutrition and health.

AIDS – the politically protected disease:
Politically and emotionally we help restrain ‘our’ governments.  They can act irrationally in relation to AIDS as to do otherwise would challenge anti-discrimination and Human Rights agreements made with the United Nations and so challenge the philosophy to which we are indoctrinated – false philosophy made AIDS the first politically protected disease in history.

Control belief: easy manipulation!  Resistance to evidence that exposes or threatens philosophy may be revealed but we are not educated to challenge our convictions.  We are educated to fear such challenge.  We find it difficult to accept evidence opposed to commonly held beliefs!  A weakness used by our enemies!

We don't need a book on the AIDS cover-up; just the essentials to put the plot into political perspective.

Though its worldwide progress is played down, the AIDS disaster grows.  The legalising of anti discrimination protects this disease and clearly shows the stupidity of allowing our nation to become committed to paranoia of artificial ideology - a paranoia of a sweet-tasting, inhuman social mind-warp.

Because of the way this disease was spread among high risk homosexuals and the low interaction between 'homo' and 'hetero', the figures relating the incidence of the disease in these two communities gives no indication of the degree of threat to heterosexual communities.

If YOU think that AIDS is a homosexual disease difficult for heterosexuals to catch, then you either have not studied the evidence or have a determined politically-correct viewpoint.  Either way, you take on needless risk. The people who put your life at risk are not going to admit it. They deny logic and fact to undermine evidence:  Don't bet your life on emotion.

Letter to the (US) Surgeon General.
Here is part of an ‘open letter’ to the Surgeon-General (chief of public health in the U.S.) released at the end of a conference on Human Sexuality, held in Mexico City from April 29th to May 3rd 1987:
"Dear Surgeon-General Koop:
As health professionals, educators, counselors, clergy, parents and lay people from all walks of life, we have come together from 32 countries to defend human life and the family.

"We therefore must express to you and to the world our grave concern over the disastrously weak response of the United States Government to the deadly AIDS plague.

"Your report on AIDS, issued October 22, 1986, seriously underestimates the threat that this disease poses for the people of the United States and the world. Even worse, its recommendations for controlling the spread of AIDS will do little or nothing to stop this killer. On the contrary they are a death warrant for millions of men, women and children to whom they will give a false sense of security.

"You yourself have stated publicly that this epidemic is "the most serious matter that any health official of any nation has ever faced." You have also stated publicly that AIDS may kill 100 million people worldwide by the year 2000 - four times as many as died from the Black Plague of the Middle Ages.

"Dr. William Haseltine of the Harvard University Medical School warns that AIDS is a 'species threatening' disease.
.... We insist that you issue a new report on AIDS immediately, one that gives first priority to public health, not to the feelings of the militant homosexuals. You must tell the people of the world that:

"1. Sex with condoms is not 'Safe', contrary to your Report's assertion. Medical studies and even your own Department say these flimsy devices are only 70-90% effective... "  End quote.

The letter goes on to list authorities who claim that AIDS can be spread by: kissing, coughing, contact (the virus can live for days at room temp.), blood-sucking insects etc. 6% of USA AIDS cases fitted no high risk category.

The disaster of AIDS is only a symptom of another social disease and unless we understand the cause we will never be safe – if AIDS does not destroy us something else will. There is more behind this disease than AIDS-related death.  The cover-up is part of a bigger picture.  Do not dismiss this carelessly!  New research is 'dumbed down' as millions die in less educated countries!
 
Although now reasonably contained in advanced countries AIDS can, at any time, be changed to more deadly potential. Your freedom, your life and the lives of those you love are at risk from diseases created by political design.

The Origin of AIDS
A report in the Sydney Morning Herald 14/12/1985, read: "A mad scientist may have been responsible for unleashing the AIDS virus, an expert said to-day.  Consultant Dr. Seale, a sex disease specialist, made his claim after discovering links between AIDS and the lethal VISNA virus, which attacks sheep.  He believes the scientist created AIDS by mistake while experimenting with VISNA

Dr. Seal said the only difference between the two viruses was that AIDS had an extra gene, which could have been 'quite easily' inserted during experiments."

[Evidence that AIDS was deliberately designed as a killer disease by the World Health Organisation (W.H.O.) is provided by information from William Campbell Douglass, M.D.  Dr. Douglass is now well known worldwide for his challenge to the "Big Pharma" pharmaceutical industry that has such influence over the modern medical industry.]

From the September 1987 issue of "Health Freedom News", California. Here a paragraph from page 259 of the WHO Bulletin article referred to by Douglas; it is headed: "Virus-associated immunopathology: animal models and implications for human disease."  Sub-heading "Effects of viruses on the immune system, immune-complex diseases, and antibody-mediated immunology injury."  Vol.47 pp 257-264]

"An attempt should be made to ascertain whether viruses can in fact exert selective effects on immune function, e.  g., by depressing 7S versus 19S antibody, or by affecting T cell function as opposed to B cell function (AlIison et al., 1971).

"The possibility should also be looked into that the immune response to the virus may itself be impaired if the infecting virus damages more or less selectively the cells responding to the viral antigens.

"If this proves to be the case, virus-induced immunodepression might conceivably be highly instrumental in prolonging certain virus infections, such as murine leukemia, hepatitis, subacute sclerosing panencephalitis, or infections caused by LDV, LCMV, or ADV."

We may not understand this but we can see that there is a clear relationship with the substance of the clippings below.  We learn more about the WHO later. 

Whatever we may be told, the odds against AIDS being a natural disease are incredibly high (don’t be misled by the idea that chance is creative), political contempt for the general population is expressed in lack of protective action.

Intent is revealed by growing evidence, now coming to light, of the unnatural spread of the disease and secrecy about the potential for manipulating any dangerous virus.  We continue:

"The answer to this little mystery, "Murder on the WHO express", will be quite clear to you by the end of my report. You will also understand why the other suspects, the homosexuals, the green monkey and the Haitians, were only pawns in this virocidal attack on the non-Communist world.

"If you believe the government propaganda that AIDS is hard to catch then you are going to die even sooner than [most]of us.

"The World Health Organisation, in published articles, called for scientists to work with these deadly agents and attempt to make a hybrid virus that would be deadly to humans.

"In the bulletin of the World Health Organisation (WHO), Volume 47, pp.251, * 1972, they said, 'An attempt should be made to see if viruses can in fact exert selective effects on immune function.

"The possibility should be looked into that the immune response to the virus itself may be impaired if the infecting virus damages, more or less selectively, the cell responding to the virus." * [Note: Given page No. error. Actual pp 257-264]

"That's AIDS. What the WH0 is saying in plain English is 'Let's cook up a virus that selectively destroys the T-cell system of man, an acquired immune deficiency.'

"Why would anyone want to do this? If you destroy the T-cell system of man you destroy man. Is it even remotely possible that the World Health Organisation would want to develop a virus that would wipe out the human race?

"If their new virus creation worked, the WHO stated, then many terrible and fatal infectious viruses could be made even more terrible and more malignant. Does this strike you as being a peculiar goal for a health organisation?

"AIDS started practically simultaneously in the United States, Haiti, Brazil and Central Africa.

(Was the green monkey a jet pilot?) Examination of the gene structure of the green monkey cells proves that it is not genetically possible to transfer the AIDS virus from monkeys to man by natural means.

"Because of the artificial nature of the AIDS virus it will not easily transfer from man to man until it has become very concentrated in the body fluids through repeated injections from person to person, such as drug addicts, and through high multiple partner sexuality such as takes place in Africa, among homosexuals and among native American Indians. After repeated transfer it can become a 'natural' infection for man, which it has.

[This disease had to be started in a situation of high contact so as to quickly become human specific.]

"Dr. Theodore Strecker's research of the literature indicates that the National Cancer Institute in collaboration with the World Health Organisation made the AIDS virus in their laboratories at Fort Detrick (now NCI). They combined the deadly retroviruses, bovine leukemia virus and sheep visna virus, and injected them into human tissue cultures. The result was the AIDS virus, the first human retrovirus known to man ...

"The momentous plague that we now face was anticipated by the National Academy of Sciences (NAS), in 1974 when they recommended that "Scientists throughout the world join the members of this committee in voluntarily deferring experiments [linking] animal viruses.

 "What the NAS is saying in carefully guarded English is: "For God's sake stop this madness!" Man went over the edge when he started playing God and started growing human tissue in the laboratory.

"And what they are in the process of doing is conducting germ warfare from Fort Detrick, Maryland against the free world, especially in the United States, even using foreign communist agents with the United States Army's germ warfare unit euphemistically called the Army Infectious Disease Unit.

"You don't believe it? Carlton Gajdusek, an NIH big-shot at Detrick admits it.

"IN THE FACILITY I HAVE A BUILDING WHERE MORE GOOD AND LOYAL COMMUNIST SCIENTISTS FROM THE USSR AND CHINA WORK, WITH FULL PASS-KEYS TO ALL THE LABORATORIES THAN THERE ARE AMERICAN. EVEN THE ARMY'S INFECTIOUS DISEASE UNIT IS LOADED WITH FOREIGN WORKERS NOT ALWAYS FRIENDLY NATIONALS."

"Can you imagine that? An UN-WHO communist Trojan horse in our biological warfare center with the full blessings of the [political leaders] of this world?

[Human Rights and non-discrimination treaties protect treason.  We now have new evidence of this in the biological warfare center of the U.S.A.see post 9-11 event comment.]

 "I can assure you that the creation of the AIDS virus by the WHO was not just a diabolical scientific exercise that got out of hand.  It was a cold-blooded successful attempt to create a killer virus which was then used in a successful experiment in ’third-world’ countries. ...

"It was not an accident. It was deliberate. In the Federation Proceedings of the United States in 1972, WHO said: "In the relation to the immune response a number of useful experimental approaches can be visualised.

"They suggested that a neat way to do this would be to put their new killer virus (AIDS) into a vaccination program, sit back and observe the results. "This would be particularly informative in sibships," they said.

"That is, give the AIDS virus to brothers and sisters and see if they die, who dies first and of what, just like using rats in a laboratory.

"They used smallpox vaccine for their vehicle and the geographical sites chosen in 1972 were Uganda and other African states, Haiti, Brazil and Japan. "The present or recent past of AIDS epidemiology coincides with these geographical areas."

"Strecker was employed as a consultant to work on a health proposal for Security Pacific Bank.  He was to estimate the cost of the health care for the future.

"He became fascinated with all the peculiar scientific anomalies concerning AIDS that kept cropping up. Why did the "experts" keep talking about green monkeys and homosexuals being the culprits when it was obvious that the AIDS virus was a man-made virus?

 "Why did they say that it was a homosexual and drug-user disease when in Africa it was obviously a heterosexual disease? If the green monkey did it, then why did AIDS explode practically simultaneously in Africa, Haiti, Brazil, the United States and southern Japan?

"Why, when it was proposed to the National Institute of Health that the AIDS virus was a combination of two bovine or sheep viruses cultured in human cells in a laboratory, did they say it was "bad science" when that's exactly what occurred?

"As early as 1970 the World Health Organisation was growing these deadly animal viruses in human tissue cultures. Cedric Mims, in 1981, said in a published article that there was a bovine virus contaminating the culture media of the WH0. Was this an accident or a non-accident"? If it was an accident why did WHO continue to use the vaccine?

"Dr. R.J. Biggar said in Lancet. "... The AIDS agent ... could not have originated de novo. " That means in plain English that it didn't come out of thin air. AIDS was engineered in a laboratory by virologists.

"What happened in 1978 and beyond to cause AIDS to burst upon the scene and devastate the homosexual segment of our population? It was the introduction of the hepatitis-B vaccine which exhibits the exact epidemiology of AIDS.

"Doctor: W. Schmugner, born in Poland and educated in Russia, came to this country in 1969.

"Schmugner's immigration to the U.S. was probably the most fateful immigration in our history. He, by unexplained process, became head of the New York City blood bank. (How does a Russian trained doctor become head of one of the largest blood banks in the world? Doesn't that strike you as peculiar?)

"He set up the rules for the hepatitis vaccine studies. Only males between the ages of 20 and 40, who were not monogamous, would be allowed to participate in this study. Can you think of any reason, other than the desire to spread something among the population, for insisting that all experimentees be promiscuous?

"Maybe you don't believe in communist conspiracy theory but give me some other logical explanation. Schmugner is now dead and his diabolical secret went with him.

"The hepatitis vaccine, unlike the AIDS vaccine, was not grown from human tissue culture. So accidental contamination didn't occur. The AIDS virus was probably put in the vaccine deliberately. It was no mistake.

"The Centers for Disease Control reported in 1981 that four percent of those receiving the hepatitis-vaccine were AIDS-infected- In 1984 they admitted to 60 percent. Now they refuse to give out figures at all because they don't want to admit that 100 percent of hepatitis vaccine receivers are infected ..." E quotes.

The World Government Plot.
A World Government plot has logical reason for its existence.  Overpopulation is a real threat – already we begin to feel its pain.   However, the needs and reasons are difficult to accept because we give trust and loyalty to those who deceive and betray us.  The above supports more recent evidence.

Change agents’ work secretly and scientifically!  They change beliefs; culture, attitudes and behavior without our knowledge!  We are lied to and deceived! See Books 1&2! 

Fabian socialists created a policy of gradualism in schools and universities over a century ago.  Now bureaucracies, churches, mass media, and political parties work without shame in denial of betrayal.

We have, in the past, attributed various 'blunders' to Murphy's Law in association with incompetence and mismanagement. But examination shows these 'mistakes' to have been part of the planned destruction of our health, our economy and our nations.

In his classic, "None Dare Call it Conspiracy", the late Gary Allen reminded us that Franklin D. Roosevelt, former U.S. President, once said: "In politics, nothing happens by accident. If it happens, you can bet it was planned that way."  A truth now extending far beyond politics.

Wars, revolutions, depressions, recessions and (with the advent of genetic engineering) new diseases; the facts can be understood only when exposed as a logical part of an elitist world domination scheme. 

World events are planned to shape our destiny!  Those chosen as politicians support Socialist/Humanist philosophy without clue as to what it is all about.  All are taught in the schools of, what all are taught to believe are, anti-communist democracies. 

We are left to ignore contradictions such as that the world is not seriously addressing Global Warming problems.  We do not link these to some belief that pollution will not be a problem when the excess population disappears.
 
Globalists may expect to survive a Global Warming that realistically, will wipe-out world population as foretold.  So today (2008) we see government and industry planning that totally ignores Global Warming consequences as though if it were not happening.  The evidence disagrees and we know the Hegelian Dialectic system used to confuse issues and obtain unnatural outcomes. 

As these papers reveal movement of ice to oceans not only change currents and create violent weather but shift of weight increases earthquake and volcanic activity.

It may take thousands of years before the oceans stagnate and become poisonous but first change is the weather we rely on for food.  Rising oceans also cover land needed for food and living space.  Millions of people will be displaced as food crops fail. 

I am not a betting person, but if I were and could expect to live another 100 years, I would be prepared to give odds that (if we cannot stop the GW before half the glacial stored ice melts) then, before the 100 years are up earths population will already be reduced by half because of food shortages, rioting, disease and war over food and living space.  And by then the tragic scenario will be set! 

Only if we, the people, take control of government before earth's natural reactions take over, can we save ourselves.  Once natural reactions take over man cannot stop them; the earth itself can release more pollution than we create.

The program to change values, attitudes and behavior now treated as education, is blatantly Communist or, if here is a difference, Satanist.  Denial of active intelligence is to destroy our chances of survival.

Today's population (because of dumbing down) has no more understanding of social and scientific reality than people 2000 years ago and a growing majority no longer read well enough to educate themselves.

Children are indoctrinated to reject parents and the social values learned by human experience.  We are divorced from our human culture.  Values clarification and other exercises lead children to believe they are choosing their own values but, having no understanding of human values, they are slyly led to pre-determined conclusions. 

U.N. AGREEMENTS TO DESTROY OUR LAW
Our governments (parties) have between them signed hundreds of treaties with the Communist controlled United Nations.  These agreements rule us!  We have lost understanding national Constitutions; our economy – our children's lifestyles and health needs.  Party governments now have virtually unlimited powers given, not by our own law, but by United Nations treaty.  As reported (Aust.) “there is now no practical limit to the scope of the external affairs power”.

GUN LAWS – Gun control laws do not reduce crime but do provide additional safety for despotic powers who legalise irresponsibility and create crime!

Unarmed people cannot rebel: that essential is known communist policy.  With complete takeover of nations the terror will not end.  As in Cambodia, it will begin.

As Garry Allen put it "... terror does not mean merely punishing the enemies of the New Order.  Terror requires the murdering and imprisoning of people at random ... even many of those who helped them come to power." EQ.  [Elimination of population means Safety for despotism] 

THE PLAN – The plan is for world ownership by those who now run the world.  See Global 2000 Club, genocide plan reported in earlier literature.  Do they know the true nature of this earth change?

We Dare Call it Conspiracy?
It seems that AIDS is just a preliminary of the jigsaw pieces plotted over the century. Sex would begin the population reduction and serve deformity of human lifestyle.  Although the AIDS virus was not in USA stored blood before 1978 and references only from the early seventies, a longer period of experiment and planning was needed.

The main goal of sex education is to change cultural values, attitudes and behavior.  It is not about 'facts of life', public good or morality!  Unnatural sex promotion leads to premature maturity, family breakdown.

Students do not learn that human potential depends on human values.  Parents do not see that a sexually transmitted disease might be a trap for human disposal.  It should be clear that this is part of a deliberate plot and has proved a very successful social deformity!

In subtle and un-subtle ways, attitudes, values and behavior is changed.  As Jerry Rubin in "Do It" wrote: "We have mixed young people, music, sex, drugs, revolt and treason all together.

"What other combination would be as effective? What we need is a generation of bizarre, unbalanced, angry, irrational people, obsessed with sex, irreligious, infantile and crazy.  People who burn their draft cards, who take marijuana and LSD, who proudly wave the Vietcong flag, who are not afraid to say obscenities on television. 

"He proclaimed, sex, rock n'roll and dope as part of the Communist strategy to take over America.  He encouraged kids to leave home, burn schools and create a new society." E.Q. 

You note he speaks with the confidence of a majority fighting against tyranny and no doubt feels justified by his ignorance.  So, rather than expose the truth the AIDS disaster is exploited!  When required to fit condoms on their fingers while discussing various aspects of oral, anal and other deviant sex, etc. in mixed classes, children lose their natural modesty and are told they are gaining freedom. 

SUMMARY: 
There was never reason for educated people to believe a virus would distinguish between homosexual and heterosexual.  The AIDS booklet; first printed in 1988 is unchallenged.  The main change to date is promotion of the fallacy that AIDS, in its present form can be controlled and is not easily transmitted.

Good government and safety will come only when we care enough to accept our adult human responsibilities to govern ourselves!  Look and see!
